Description
Uitvoering:
Speciale HPC-ruimers van de nieuwste generatie voor de aluminiumbewerking, met verbetere snijkangeometrie en doorontwikkeld HM-substraat. Extra korte snijkanten voor hogere snijwaarden. Geoptimaliseerde koelstrategie dankzij radiaal geplaatste, rechtstreeks op de snijkant gerichte koelvloeistofgaten. Voor NC geschikte uitvoering met rechte schacht-⌀ voor de gestandaardiseerde opname speciaal in hydro- of precisiehouders. Maximale rondloopnauwkeurigheid en proceszekerheid door ongelijke deling van de snijkanten en speciaal gevormde rondfasebreedte. Ruimers nageslepen voor passing volgens uw gegevens. Beide uitvoeringen recht gegroefd met DLC-coating sp2.
